$5 + 200NP$ Logo Contest

Hi, currently i am planning to start a new webmaster related site with alot of free stuff and i realy need a nice logo and i dont have time for making one.

So this is what i want
Fresh, Profesional looking and Glassy looking.

Main Text: Layout Works (Together or a space between)
Subtext: Your spot for layouts, free stuff & webmaster stuff! (Exact text!)
Colors: Prefer Black, Red or orange! (You can use your own colors if you wish)

It has to look good on all colors, make it transparent on one sample and post it along with a sample with the background image i have.

Spiderman, first of all $5 + 200NP$ is $9 not $7 and please keep your comments for yourself!

Jaynesh: I would like some kind of graphic in the logo, something nice that looks good.

BMFX: A bit to simple and i cant barely see the text, font i would like would be Comic Sans MS prefered to.

I would like something that fit with the background, not to bright and i would like to have something that isn't to much more green than it already is.

Black & Red would be great or mayby some other colors that fit with a green header?

JYM: Could you make the borders white instead and mayby do something about the text, the white is to big also.

BMFX: The text is to bright and also the logo, please use Comic Sans MS as font to.

1lonestar: A bit to much of the original styles in photoshop, also looks kind of messy and i cant see the subtext. A Bit blurry in the text to.

Jaynesh: Your's is best so far, could you duplicate that one so you have a .psd saved on the current logo and try making it in red/black or something that fits with the green bg?

Well save the current logo so you have a copy of it in case the black/red colors isn't looking good That was what i mean

Jaynesh, could you do something about the subtext? Mayby another color with white border or something that makes it more readable?
Also if you could move it down a few px so it doesn't look like it is together with the balls in the logo?
