I don't know the seller, but all of his feedback is positive so far. He may just be unable to reply. If you don't want to wait any longer you can request a refund from PayPal. He does need to communicate better after taking people's money.

got the same thing from Matt via email, although th be fair, he did the service for free as he refunded the $10! so you cannot say he didnt play fair!
