Nobody can actually stamp a price on it... it's worth depends on the buyer. Is it worth more than 10 grand? Possibly to someone out there, but not very likely.

If I was to hazard a guess, I would say a couple grand tops.(this being the absolute best scenario). More realistic value is low $xxx to the right buyer.

You're probably better off developing it.
