I'm happy to own 4G.cc from now on and would like to talk about the (future) value, keeping in mind that there are not many TLDs which allow 2-letter-domains.

This number+letter combo has future definitely (4g). Nice catch for fourth generation technologies (many forums on 3g and 4g topics worldwide). You can invest in i.e. AdWord for some time and keep this name till the 4g tech will be a real, well-known solution. Sure the meaningful name.
