The idea of your site is good but you have not yet reached a take-off point of site activity to make it a dynamic purchasing option...if you have purchased 1 year hosting then it is unlikely you are going to clear your costs at this moment...maybe better to continue with the site development.

The domain itself isn't worth much, but that's A LOT of traffic. If the traffic is fairly stable and you can show evidence of that, you should be able to get $750-$1000 IMHO. Auction it off here and you will do fine.

It depends where your traffic comes from but i'd probably pay around $500-700 for a site with those stats

The domain name alone doesn't do much, the content of the site and the stats are the selling arguments here. Question is; what will be done to increase traffic, how much will the efforts cost, etc. Since these are questions of future investment and you're trying to get a today's value of the domain; as a stand-alone without content and traffic, it say mid xx :imho: the traffic and content considered low to mid xxx.
Only reason for the low xxx is that you will have to have continued efforts to maintain the traffic rates and investment to increase the traffic. There are gazillions of boards out there, what does your board do to stand out, whats unique to your board that user have the desire to come back, etc.? Continue to build the site and you will see better $$$ in the near future.
