[theplastickiD]

Type of Contest : LOGO CONTEST

Business Name: WP Banana

Business Type: Wordpress Development Services

Prize : $40.00 USD via PayPal

Contest End Date & Time : 3rd August 2015

Size Requirements : Vector image

Color Requirements : Simple color scheme ( yellow, dark grey, white )

General Requirements : I am looking for a logo for my a company called WP Banana. The services being offered are Wordpress fixes if someone has a small glitch with their site and also large project work, in essence a development studio. We want the logo to be white on a yellow background.

Here is an example of the layout style we are going to be using for the site.

I don't want any animated bananas in the logo, we'd like to keep it simple. We are inspired by these logos we have come across.

We will also need to break the logo down and include a very small version of it in the footer of sites that we work on, the banana is quite noticeable so we would like some instance of this in the logo but this is why we don't want it to be too animated as it will be very very small in the footer of a site.

This is a great example of what I'm talking about: http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/sit...bananait_new_bananait_new_3.png?itok=iZccpDDa

If you have any other questions please let me know and I can't wait to see the outcome of this.

Thank you.

I probably had just a little bit too much fun with this one lol. All 100% original vector graphics. If you think it's over the top and not really what you had in mind, I understand. I just went with the "flow"

Great logo not too keen on the font or the tropical feel though with the leaf. Although the banana in the name we are a tech company.

Twitter are a great example of this, they have the bird on the logo but it is still very simple and corporate/tech.

Yeah, I got that impression from the description. I did read it and saw your examples, but sometimes I like to just see where my creativity leads me without any boundaries. I will submit a much simpler, Silicon Valley inspired concept soon enough. Thanks for the feedback!

With a black background like the example you provided (just as a comparison). Not sure if that is what you were going for anyway.

I like the style of the second one here, could I see it possibly without the bananas in the background and with a font a little less "back to the future".

Thanks
