$40 layout contest

I need a simple yet unique layout for WadeCounty.com -- It is going to be a multimedia hub of Dwyane Wade. The header should include an image of a street sign that says WadeCounty (will need the .psd of this alone)-- Here is a good "real" example of a similar street sign http://www.cute-signs.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/Prodimages/StreetsFULL-.gif

The site should try and focus on a fire color scheme but you may escape that if you wish. If you have any questions please PM me or ask here.. The winner will recieve $40 USD via paypal
