domain 4 long domains (but with common keywords)

Please appraise those domains:

1) FunInternetSite.net -> 1 million ouverture searches for "fun internet site".
How much the .net extension hurts (in traffic terms) in your opinion?

2) FasterDownloadsShareware.com -> 310.000 ouverture searches for "faster downloads shareware"

3) SimplePlanTour.com -> 230.000 ouverture searches for "simple plan tour"... but seems that it will end soon :/

4) RestaurantWashingtonDC.com -> 130.000 ouverture searches for "restaurant Washington DC" (i think this is the best one).
