These names are expensive. Hard to justify the cost if you just intend to park or find an end user.

Ext RegFee Years
.bo US$ 380 1 D-:

With 380$ * 4 you could have bought so many super-domains. I'm sorry I can't appraise the domains but I had to comment on the price of that extension.

If you can't sell It It will be a lot of money wasted in a domain. 8-X

$380 reg fee? You wont get regfee selling these.

The reg fee is $216 and that will go down in the future, I spoke to NIC.bo myself. I don't know where you got the number 380 from.

If you can't sell It It will be a lot of money wasted in a domain.

Why? I will use them of course. I live in Bolivia.

Imagine in 10 years when internet and the .bo is very popular here in Bolivia, at least me I am thinking these names have a great value.

But jims got a special talent that most of us dont :) that makes a revenue generating .com nothing special in this case.

Seo.bo seems like a perfect fit for you.

Yeah. As I charge more than $200 an hour to my SEO clients for consultancy SEO.bo has a very high value as I live in Bolivia. SEO is even used as a word for SEO in Spanish as well as PHP and CSS. And Jim.bo is obviously for me, Bolivianos and Spanish people has difficult to remember "Westergren" ...

I am thinking 10 years in the future when those names have established web sites, perhaps top of mind in their niche in Bolivia.

Today in Bolivia people only know about the existence of .com and some of .com.bo but that will gradually change to .bo and I am pretty sure of that.

If you have an immediate use for these domains your registrations look justified. I believe Bolivia is among the poorest countries of South America, so if I were to grab a few .bo (which I did) I would keep this in mind along with the average purchasing power and Internet penetration rate.
When the registry slashes the expensive fees for 2nd level names that should boost registrations but I expect the TLD to grow at a slow pace, depending on economic conditions. At least there are still good names left in emerging extensions :gl:
