Wanted to know what your views were on 4-letter .com domains.

Specifically:

1) Which ones sell the most and which ones sell for the highest amount among the following list:

CVCV
CVVC
VCVC
VCCV

V for vowel
C for consonant

2) Does the 4 letter domain have to be catchy or be an actual word in order to sell or will it sell if it matches the above patterns alone.
