I think
cpr . mobi could be a great name with proper development. It wouldn't even necessarily have to be a reference site, a directory, or assistance (connect to live help) type site would work fine and (probably) require less work. It is easily the most memorable LLL, .mobi (positive/negatives associated), and has meaning, without ambiguity, and marketable, it's already "branded" =far beyond "brandable". You may want to hang on to this one for a while if you can weather the renewals, hosting/parking or minimal development. There will be a buyer for this eventually, . mobi still in growth mode. Hold on to this one. Right now there's not a gigantic market for .mobi, but it will grow. Don't even think about selling, park if you must. The right buyer will pay for this, nearly whatever you ask within reason low-mid$x,xxx undeveloped.
UNLV is a great sports and hospitality university, again, you have an already branded domain, LLLL, the only issue you may have (and I really don't know) would be tm or fair use. If it is parked for sale, no issues, an open or semi-open forum, again, probably no issues. If you try to sell UNLV associated products or do anything besides provide info, which piggybacks on the university, it could spell trouble. Definitely a keeper, but with caution. Undeveloped high $xx. Minimal development mid$xxx. Full site, or right buyer low-mi$x,xxx, but the ideal buyer will pay more.
Antivirus is a tough niche with so many free and low-cost products, so many specialized items. Probably developed as a mini-site or use for parking. For sale undeveloped mid $xx to low $xxx. Minimal development: lowmid $xxx.
Potlatch, reg fee.
Good Luck!
