4.cn registration problem

I have been trying to register in 4.cn but it keeps on showing some sort of message in chinese which I am failed to understand. Registration form is simple-just name, email password etc. but I don't understand the message it keeps on showing.

I have attached the SC.

Can someone tell me what does it say and how to fix it?

At the top right corner of 4.cn simply click on the english flag and you have the web format in english and what ever you do on the web will be in english. period.

Incorrect verification pin/code (capcha?).
