domain 3dblurays.com (appraisal wanted)

With the upcoming 3d blurays, i thought this one would do pretty good.

Blu Ray is a TM.

Blu-ray is. For all i know 3dbluray isnt, but im not sure either.

If you're not sure about Tm infringement, you should read through the legal thread.
If a domain name CONTAINS a trademarked term, and it is used in what the Tm owner considers to be bad faith, it would be very easy for them to sue the owner.
It's called cybersquatting.
For example, any value in the term 3Dblurays would be on the back of the famous Blu-Ray player.
If you used it to sell bananas, it would have no value.

Would be the same as saying WalMart is a trademark but regging WalmartStores.com isnt BUT IT IS. . putting 3D or any other word with BluRay is still a TM and cybersquatting.

Thanks, will check if thats a real problem, since there is no trademark filed for 3dblurays.
