bought 3D studio Max 4 from auction.
has serial number and CD key but no authorisation code.
can anyone help!

wrote to kinetix(autodesk) support but they
say the serial number is not on their database

What's a general auction? Did it contain the original CD and documentation?

general= sold by a bulk buyer not one to one


two CD's, one opened and one still sealed in wrapper. one original manual. with s/N , P/N and CD key

lol. Welll, its does look like youve been had. I am assuming that the CD's are REAL, not burnt, lol, i would call discreet. They shuld help you out. serials.ws has some stuff, and i wouldnt feel bad since i bought it. Good luck,
