The problem with specifics ie... 2D,3D,4D,5D,7D is they trend for a few years and then changes quickly. Businesses buy exact match domains to forward to their site unless they use this as a specific niche that would only last a few years.

Its like Hotels 3star, 4,5,6,7star every few years they change.

It's like investing some buy and sell at the right time and make an excellent ROI (return on investment) and some might hold too long and miss the peak opportunity?

Now there is a lot of news about 4D and also 7D movies (VR movies)... It about knowing the trends and seeking opportunities and not just waiting for that knock on the door of interest in you domain. If you own ultra premium 3D -7D good work as you obviously did some great research.

I love reading news of sales especially when someone from NP forum sells for a good domain. It's always exciting news.
