Hello Everyone,
I am the founder/owner of 360Entity.com a website/forum that is dedicated to bringing users the latest information on the Microsoft Xbox 360. We are now nearing completion of our website and are now focusing on the prospect of getting advertisers. We kicked around the idea of using Adsense, and other alternatives, but we decided that it would best to allow other companies a chance to purchase some ad space on our forums. We have been getting good hits thus far in the month of June, and decided that we want to turn more of the visits into members of the forum, which we will be doing so by running a forum wide promotion on 360Entity.com, but I will post more info on that later, as well as stats for June so far. We feel that this is a great opportunity to build relationships with advertisers while we are still a young and growing community, and also allow advertisers to get in on the ground floor of the community and build a relationship with our users.
The Promotion: This is going to be a month long contest on our forums for referrals, that will end June 30th. In which the person with the most referred members will receive a 1 YEAR XBOX LIVE Subscription (which costs money, which is why we would like advertisers.) Where second place prize would then be a Free 2800 Microsoft Gamepoint Card, followed by a third place 1400 Microsoft Gamepoint Card. With the promotion we hope to see not only traffic raise as well as memberships raise.
What We Offer: Currently we offer forum advertising, right below out login area, or above the users online area. This is limited of course right now, and these will be rotating ads, but you can be safe in that there will be no more then 3 ads at any given time (this includes yours). We do not want you to feel short changed by having 10 different ads that have to rotate by before yours appears again. However, at a later time we will of course have advertising on the main website when it is finished. As even more so we will be having advertising in Videos that we put up on the website when we have that feature running. You may purchase spots for those as well, but of course they will not be running straight away, especially the video advertising.
What Do You Pay? This will be negotiable with you the advertiser as well know that we are a young site and you may not be jumping at the chance to advertise with us. Prices will vary depending on the length you would like your ad on the website etc. You can make the offer and we will review the offer and the contact you.
How Do you Contact Us? You can easily PM us your offer through Namepros, to my account, where we will then review them. At this time it will be the easiest way to maintain our ability of advertising offers. All you need to include is, Your Site URL, Your Payment Offer, Length of Advertisement (Days, Weeks, Months).
