Established 360+ Member, PR 4, redirect site

Up for sale is www.FreeRedirect.us. I simply have too much going on and am trying to refocus on other things. The site is a PR4 and has received about 4000 uniques so far this month (as of Aug 22nd. that includes the traffic of the subdomains. stats from awstats), and has been over 10,000 when it was receiving a bit more TLC. The site has a total of 360+ user accts. The site's template was custom designed. The script that the site uses has a nice admin cp where you can control all domains and site settings. Can't tell you about revenue, because this site is lumped will all my other sites in Adsense. I am showing banners on about 5 categories and the others are wide open. The script also allows for popunders etc.

Except for clansite, these all expire Aug 2007 and are at Godaddy, including the main site name. Clansite is at Domainsite and expires Mar 06.

The 2 domains showing 4 PR, could be pulled and redeveloped and you would then have 3 sites with PR4 immediately :hehe: , at least for a little while.

Lets start the bidding at $75, BIN of $700. Bid increments of $10. Bids will end Aug 30 12PM MST. Bids may be PMed or posted, however any bids PMed within about 4 hrs of the auction end may not be accepted, so posting your bid is best. I will try to keep all bids posted.

Before you say the BIN is too high, think about 3 sites with PR4, 9 names registered for 2 years and that nice unique traffic! And what the heck..let's see what the auction does :wave:

I am quite interested. some question:

1. Will the new buyer got the reseller right of the script?
2. You said we can "The 2 domains showing 4 PR, could be pulled and redeveloped". It added some value, but will that kill the users under these 2 domain?
3. How is the traffic come from? Why the traffic drops steadily per month? It was 10K+?
4. You had opened some banner of other site, is that paid customer or just free link to others? How much revenue for the links totally?

Can I get a screenshot of referrers. Could you also explain why the traffic is on the decline? What kind of promotion have you done for this site?

The stats show 43% from direct bookmark, 21% from Search Engines and 35% from all other external pages, some of those actually being redirects from the site. I will not post those due to discretionary reasons.

The traffic has fallen off primarily because I don't spend any time with it, as it states in the original post...The site needs some TLC, as I have done no promo . It is also possible the prior owner was feeding it traffic from a traffic house.

To other questions:
The script is not mine, but is freely available, so NO resell rights.
If you pulled the 2 domains, you would affect the users of those domains.
The banners being shown are mine, and no obligations to any outside sources. As stated, only revenue is from Adsense, which is mixed with my other sites. So can't tell you that amount.
