I dont really see much in these domains. I think most people will not get it "wrong" and type in numbers instead of letters because of things like rapid text. Also the abc option, the number is the last one on each key.
Just my thoughts..may be wrong .. hard to appraise imo

I hope they type in numbers because that's what the domain is. 3453.mobi Which also spells File. It would all be in the way you market it, to get people to type in 3453. (file)
