The length of the auction may be an issue for some. Generally "forum auctions" run anywhere from an hour to 3 days. Not that longer auctions can't work, but since this auction is 2 weeks longs, people may wait until the day of the auction end to bid. Just my 2 cents.

Good point.

It may also work against you in another way. You may receive a bid at the start and then the thread gets buried and the bidder picks up the name for a steal 2 weeks later.
