30$ for partial banner !

I mainly want a new banner image (only) for the banner on this site. http://prosedan.com/new.php to replace the image with the two limos. Not sure of the size. Please use the image attached in the design. ( NO FLASH )

I am mainly looking for anything that looks nice/clean and classy. You may let the image hang over a bit, but again. Whatever looks clean and professional. City bg maybe. ? donno

Someone mentioned that they could have the headlights flashing, sounded cool.

If I dont like what I see, I may up the ante. Should take less than a week. Plenty of talent here.
