$30 for a banner

I would like to pay someone $30 for creating a new banner with a nice logo on my new website: www.agreatdirectory.com
The website will be a general web directory.
You can download the .psd which has the right size and a banner in it that you must keep: http://www.agreatdirectory.com/agreatdirectory.psd
The bachground color can stay white or you can try with some other colors.
Post your designs on the forum and I'll give the money through paypal to the best one. Contest ends next Wednesday.

I appreciate the feedback I am new to these contests (and it shows) but I will keep on trying. I will certainly learn a lot just by observing the comments and process of re-working the designs.

proudcdn: no problem, I think you design doesn't look professional enough, the world looks like a clipart and the blurry text is too big.

Raspberry: I need a room for the ad, you're #3

krishm: looks good, you're #2. Is it an original logo?

adiboy: you're #1 for the moment, but same as Raspberry, I need some room for the ad. The green looks too flashy as well, can you try with orange?

Banner can stay right where it is! Color and size changes can be made without loss of quality.

Kodeking: very nice, the only thing to improve would be the big A
Aleema: not too bad but I prefer the one from Kodeking and Adiboy

I think in general just a simple logo and a nice text would be enough
