I've just started a new property & travel related sites. Just wanted only the sites to be picked up by Google asap. 
I dont care about pagerank, as long as the page is indexed by google.
Also have a good news to link seekers. I have no problem with links, I can add 2-3 links in exchange for a single link added anywhere on the content of your property site pages.
