I have been using their services for 4 years now and they I got to point out that they are pretty good with website speed, uptime and their support is pretty responsive and always help me solve any issues quickly.
The only disadvantage in my opinion is a higher renewal price but you can always create a new account and get the hosting at a lower price instead of renewing it.
