From what I know, the transfer of .uk domains will have additional registry charges (I think it's VDT charges). Mind if you specify who will be in charge of that fee.

As far as I know, this is only when transfering out with some registrars. The domain is registered at eNom, so it will be pushed to your eNom account free of charge. Since the price for the domain is already very low, the transfer cost, if any, will be for the buyer.
