This thread is for the sale of the following 3 established poker sites as detailed below.
I don’t have time to work on them anymore. They’ve made money over the past year despite no updates at all on my part. All have been online since 2004 and have lots of upside for someone that is willing to spend some time.

All names with Enom, Paypal Preferred for Payment.
BIN will be set once offers are established.

ePokerSites.com

Registered in Feb 2004
Google PR 3
Upper Level Stats: http://www.epokersites.com/epokersites.pdf

Direct Ad Sales in past year: $1200
Estimated Affiliate Sales in past year: $130 (mostly because I haven’t updated links)
*Estimated affiliate sales are because all 3 sites use the same code. See Bottom of Post

This site uses a cgi directory script but I would recommend doing a complete overhaul. I get tons of emails regarding the site and all direct ad sales were from email requests to me. No promotion was done at all.

My direct add rates for the site were:
Featured Poker Site (on every page) - $175/mo
Left side text link - $50/mo

Current Offer: $225
BIN: $390

PokerDirectory.info

Registered in July 2004
Google PR 4
Upper Level Stats: http://www.epokersites.com/pokerdirectory.pdf

Direct Ad Sales in past year: $1515
Estimated Affiliate Sales in past year: $766
*Estimated affiliate sales are because all 3 sites use the same code. See Bottom of Post

This site is a simple 2 page link directory using standard html. Links are added with a return link or can be bought for a one way. I get a lot of link requests but haven’t updated as of yet in 2006 due to time restraints. No promotion has been done.

My direct add rates for the site were:
Top Right 234x60 banner - $200/mo
Right side text box (above the fold) $90/mo.
Direct Link - $65/perm

Current Offer: $290
BIN: $375

GamDir.com SOLD

Registered in Nov 2004
Google PR 5
Upper Level Stats: http://www.epokersites.com/gamdir.pdf

Direct Ad Sales in past year: $300
Estimated Affiliate Sales in past year: $1000
*Estimated affiliate sales are because all 3 sites use the same code. See Bottom of Post

Gamdir is a gambling directory with 6866 links using an older version of IndexU software. Buyer is responsible for obtaining their own copy of Index U license. This site gets more SE traffic because of the amount of links which is good for affiliate sales. Backend is very user friendly and affiliate links can be updated easily. No promotion has been done.

My direct add rates for the site were:
Full size header banner (468x60 on every page) - $150/mo

Current Offer: SOLD
BIN: SOLD FOR BIN

**Affiliate sales are based on top 3 affiliate income sources from July 2005-June 2006 as follows:
Paradise Poker: $986
Poker Stars: $650
Party Poker: $260
Total: $1896
Estimate made above are based on number of affiliate links and traffic for each site.

I moved servers last year which is why stats only go to August 2005.

I will be away from the computer a good portion of today but will respond to questions and PMs this afternoon.

Sale Over.

High bidders have been contacted.

I haven't heard back from the high bid on epokersites for over 24 hours for a pending question.
If anyone is interested for $225 contact me and I'll see if the high bid falls through.

Thanks!
