I can answer this, as I bought a couple of really similar names from agan. They've turned out to be rather nice.

fritzbox is a dsl modem, wireless internet, and telephone voip type device all rolled into one. Quite popular over in germany. Note that the domain is misspell.

I didn't have any problem with buying the .de domains I have. You will have to go through a registrar that accepts transfers of .de domains though. (idotz.net is who I used) Godaddy and moniker do NOT accept transfers of de names. You can register them, but not transfer? Be aware that it costs more to transfer or renew a .de than a .com.

yes fritzbox is the name of the device and the domain fritzbox.de is a type-in

so fritbox is a typo of the type-in fritzbox
