Ive found some 3 char domains but i dont now if it will be worth reg. They arnt .com or anything like. Most are .cc

It depends on the letters.

Is it like XJX.cc or is it AOL.cc

obviously AOL.cc would be worth considerbly more than the latter.

3 character domains with a crappy extension would probably be worth more than reg free, barely. If you have the budget and patience to play the waiting game with them, take them.
