@exa-Edward It is disappointing to see that you do not provide DNS manager in a customer's domain control panel. I had to update a TXT records for a couple of domains and I was surprised to not have found it and had to contact your staff.

Since GDPR has been implemented there will be a lot of requests to update TXT records as the domain aftermarkets cannot verify the domain owner form the whois database anymore. It is better for you to implement a DNS manager into customers control panel. Pretty sure, it will save you a ton of time and money. Taking manual requests for DNS changes is plain stupid.

I have to add a TXT record but can't figure out where to do so; messaged Support about it 5 days ago, still NO REPLY. @exa-Edward please do something about this, as it's very frustrating. I like your registrar but you really need to IMPROVE your customer support, among other things. Currently your response rate is too slow, and that's bad for business.
