Good Luck with 1and1.com Its like pulling teeth trying to get ANY details, out of them, pertaining to how things work over there. I finally moved 30 names out of there and they charged me to move them away! But I am out of there and will never go back. Customer service is absolutely horrible. You really do get what you pay for.
