I am designing any size banners for only $3.50 each! Animated or non-animated it's still the same price! I have a quick turn around time and will strive until you get the design you like. A few of my examples are listed below. Payment is accepted through Paypal only.

I am discontinuing my services of designing advertising banners in this thread. I am no longer designing as I do not have enough time to maintain the service. If you seriously need one, then you can go ahead and PM me but the price will be different from what you've seen here.
