domain 2K7MLB.COM ... Can Someone Please Appraise

I found almost 20K Searches in Feb for this phrase on OVT. Is this domain worth anything? Is it worth developing or just a bad investment?

It will have a zero overture after 2007 so overture may not be the best way to value this one...

Most people searching are likely looking for the video game. I'm not sure if they have the names trademarked... Perhaps something worth looking into to avoid potential problems down the road. I've noticed there are no paid searches on Google... Who'll be paying for adverts? People looking for baseball info and not the video game pretty much always go to MLB.com or to their newspaper (whether in paper form or online).

With that in mind, I'd say reg fee.

MLB2K7.com would be better, but you didn't waste your money.
Developed, it will get very good placement in search engines.
It may even get type in traffic now.
IMHO, it is worth $75-$100

Thanks Bob, in fact I have invisible visitor tracking. I see 33 visits already in 3 hours. All type in traffic. I may develop it if this trend continues.
