Waste of money!

A its a video game
B its 2k series video game
C they have never used 2k15 2k16 17... etc etc etc ever in their business.
D So who would you sell it too.
F the "2k" part is trademarked by 2k series

EA Sports makes NBA Live, not the 2K series.

The 2K series (NBA/WWE) is made by 2K Sports under the parent company Take-Two Interactive. The games this year are called NBA 2K18 and WWE 2K18.

The one upside is the domain is short. The downside is potential TM issues and it is time limited to one specific year.

Even if you are able to make the argument that 2K18 = 2018 I still have no idea how to appraise it.

I was seriously looking at this one on flippa. Tried doing some research. Couldn't find any UDRPs. What I was thinking is that perhaps 2kXX is considered a common word/common vernacular. For example: we used to say it's the year 2k. Another ex: I can't wait for the year 2k18! (You do sound like a valley girl if you say that though lol)

If thats the case you wouldn't be allowed to use it for any purposes similar to 2k video games but other than that would be ok.

Anyways, that's what I was thinking. I really am not sure. Don't take this as fact.
