Do you guys know of any good domain names for sale ... but can not afford it?

Please let me know...i am ready to spend $250,000 on one good domain name.

I am looking for a one word dot com domain name that receives good type in traffic and has good parking income. I am willing to pay up to 5 years parking revenue...therefore, i am looking for a domain name that is making over $4000/month from parking income alone.

I will pay you a percentage for finding me a domain name that meets my requirements.

If you guys find anything...

please email me at [email protected]

thank you.

Buyer beware. This user is uglypeople.com who got banned on DNF last year. (also owns locals.com)
Sold a myspace typo that he knew had a C&D and didn't tell the buyer who ended up having to give the domain to myspace after spending xx,xxx on it. uglypeople.com even said he knew he received it but wanted to cash out quickly.

This may be a bit premature since he may not have done anything wrong on NP, but is there any way to flag suspicious people like that or prevent them from cutting deals? For the most part scumbags don't change their ways and we can't always rely on members that are on their toes like DNWizardX9.

rep'd for true community service! :tu:

Mr. DNWizardX9 says, "Buyer beware" ...thanks for looking out for people but...

on this thread...i am not trying to sell a domain name....i am trying to buy some good domain names with a budget of $250,000 u.s. dollars which i can pay the seller instantly thru escrow.com or do a direct wire transfer into their bank account or any other legal way that protects both buyer and the seller.

and for the myspace typo incident....you guys really have no idea what really happened!

thanks for looking out Mr. DNWizardX9 ...it's okay...no harm done.

let's continue...

It is pointless arguing with this guy, he'll swear he has done nothing wrong till he is blue in face. Unfortunately he is one of the worst people in this industry, the fact that he has cheated people is well documented.

it does namepros no favours they allow users like this to return when they are known scammers at dnf , etc in the past
wise up np staff & ban this guy before he rips someone off

Would anyone really sell a domain earning over $4,000/mo for only $250k?

Anunt, you scam someone once and your name is ruined forever. Go home, find another industry. Go into telemarketing as you know how to scam people. Hell why don't you become a professional con, no that's not good. You can work in a sweat shop for $1.73/week. We'll all be happy with that. Maybe legally change your name I don't know. Sell all your names to me for $10.00 and then I will post a good review of you.

Actually I'll be a nice guy and "hold" onto your premium domains for you. Don't worry I won't sell them or use them for my own good.

This may prove useful to some of you especially on high ticket buys/sales. It's a paragraph from my sales contract and provides some protection to buyers allowing recourse should a circumstance like the one discussed in this thread occur. Transaction parties need to protect themselves!

"Indemnity: To the best of sellers knowledge, none of the domains sold here are infringements of any parties trademark. No contacts have been made with/to seller by any parties to date indicating any infringements of trademark."
