$25 Design Contest

Hi,

I want a template for a tutorial site www.pixel2life.com, good-tutorials.com that i can use for my own script. I want it to be coded using css or xhtml but no tables please. I will pay $15 for the layout and $10 for the coding if the maker cannot code it.
The competition will end in 24 hours or unless i say so please post if you are able to give an entry so i dont end when your making one. Also, Ill give you free hosting. I want a blues and reds and silvers, so show me what you can make, and the payment is full paypal.
