I have a dozen .ai domains like vus.ai / lifr.ai / feu.ai / savr.ai / trier.ai / coq.ai / 2027.ai .....

You don't need no broker. Basically you registered some of leftovers in AI that are still available in 3L and more of leftovers in 4L. Just wait for 2 years. If the uptrend for .ai continues, you'll sell without a broker, if not - your names will die out without a broker either.
For 4L you definetely can do better (register better names than this), for 3L - yeah, were about 70 left last time I checked a couple weeks ago...
