25,000 Uniques/month __ advertisement cost

i have a doubt in general about banner ad charges on any sites.

If suppose a site generates 25,000 Uniques/month and if anyone want to keep a banner on Top Right side of the header (a very common banner space), what amount we can charge or expect from the user.

I've sold banner ads on sites with that kind of traffic for $50+ monthly before. I wouldn't settle for anything less than that.

Or you can base it upon CPM. $10 to $15 per mil is a reasonable rate, but it depends upon the sector. Vary it according to the location of the ad.
