BTW, It's taking my 3 months to get approved by YPN... stile no answer. I've had some problems with Adsense before, so I don't think I will be using them.

You should use some CPM affiliate program. You can make hundreds if your site receive 3 Million page views per month.

I'm not experienced in CPM advertising method, but I have heard that compactbanner and paypopup pay very well, also you might try Axill but they are new.

I'm not sure what type adsense problems you are referring to, but 3 million page views/month should make you independently wealthy. Can you post the domain name or perhaps send via PM? Curious about the type of traffic too. Thanks.

No one is likely to click a banner that's just at the top of the page.. everyone will just scroll right past it and not even look.

I would implement something like Google AdSense into your Forum. Then every single post will have advertising. Similar to what is on here.

Nice site mate. I still think Google Adsense would be your best bet. Don't know what problems you had before though.
