I was wonedring if some one could give me an idea what they feel is a fair price you this domain. I have an idea I'm just looking for some other ideas.

I would say very little (~$20) without traffic. You still got 3 months to put up a blog, add some content, and flip it.

This domain has uncertain value due to possible infringement of International Olympic Committee (IOC) trademark. The IOC is a non-governmental non-profit organization with an unlimited lifetime. They own the trademark "OLYMPIC" in a number of countries and they defend that trademark with a vengeance. For example, see WIPO case DBIZ2002-00041.

Also see WIPO case D2003-0140. The subject of this case was australianairlines.com, and the decision went in favor of the complainant. The domain being appraised in this NP thread was referenced in paragraph 5.A.10 as an example of a well known trademark.

Consult legal counsel to evaluate the strength of your registration rights. Resale of the appraised name is unlikely to any risk averse party aware of TM law and/or prior case decisions.
