Hello everyone. This is my first post here. The site is excellent!

I have just made my first entry into the domain buying world with....

www.2006cup.com and www.2006cup.co.uk

my hope is to sell them to help fund the deposit towards buying a house with my girlfriend! What are your views....money well spent or down the drain? Your help would be appreciated.

what does 2006cup means?...? is it the world cup?... please broaden your discription of the domain coz it confuses from 2006 pieces of cups or the world cup...

When i purchased it I had the world cup in mind, but surely it doesn't matter to me what it stands for. It could mean whatever any new owner wanted it to mean. World cup, European cup, ryder cup etc....

Well, you would be best suited developing it towards the World Cup - since it's a lot more popular as an event than any of the other cups....
Most importantly, however, you should develop it. As a domain by itself I don't see either worth more than $30-$40.....
