.com 20-year old PR3 domain w/ traffic From 1993

This is one of those truly rare domains on the market. Registered and operated since 1993. "Inc" domains prefixed with 1 or 2 characters is a rarity--finding one (for sale) so old is nearly impossible. Adding the fact that this starts with 2 repeating letters (P) and PPINC.com becomes even rarer. Older domains are sought to give a business more credentials, as they appear to be more legit & established, opposed to a newer domain. PPINC.com was created BEFORE the major Internet rush of the mid 1990s. This domain would make any website appear to have been there from the beginning, bringing with it the feeling of establishment, back in the days when Google.com had yet to exist. There is some traffic to this domain--about 200-300 unique visitors a month--and it is currently a valid PR3.
