2 STATIC HTML PAGES with *unique content*

We need 10 HTML minisites for restaurants with:
*1 Unique content page SEO optimized
* 2 - 3 pictures
* 1 contact page

This is a really easy job (10 - 20 minutes per minisite).

We *Only* provide the restaurant name. All the source for the content can be found on web. Which, again, *NEEDS TO BE REWRITTEN SO IT BECOME UNIQUE*.

Hang on a second "Budget: $50,00 for 10 minisites" = $5 per site, where you expect work to be done in 10-20 minutes? Are you kidding me that's is less than the legal entitlement.
Anyone doing this must have either no experience or no overheads...
