Seeking minisites + UNIQUE content

I am looking for someone who can produce minisites, including unique content, built as HTML/PHP. These can be as basic as this design (without either the side or top navigation) but no Wordpress or other platforms please.

Please contact me with a monthly price and what you can produce for me. Ideally, each site should have 8-10 unique articles at a minimum of 400 words. (preferably 500+)
