.us 2 new US sales mid $x,xxx each

Just wanted to keep the US domainers updated on the behind the scenes secondary market. 2 US domains were sold in the mid+ $x,xxx range recently. Can say which and they won't be reported in Duke's journal as is normally our pattern. Clues though for the zone followers, one was related to Motorcycles and one to the Holidays.

We were sellers this time. Still buying tier 1 premium Ovt 100k+ US though too.

In all honesty, I haven't been seeing a lot of .US sales around here lately, but I think that's due in part to many folks (myself included) having reached the point where they've trimmed off the extra fat from their portfolios and are now holding their best names for development or possible end-user sales. I sold a lot of nice .US names last year on the reseller to reseller level, but I'm holding what I have left for buyers with deeper pockets. I can't remember the last time I posted a good .US name for sale, at this level... because I already thinned my herd.
