unfortunately the client declined the first one (which is a search engine logo) because he wanted it more professional

2nd one hasnt been approved yet
what do you think about them?

I don't think either of them are professional enough. Good use of graphics and designs but it needs a more professional look on the text. I would say if you worked on the text you would be money!
