domain 2 million pound offer for culture.com?

It seems there is a 2 million pound offer for culture.com at Sedo - and the owner has pushed it to auction...

While it is a premium domain, I think I would have accepted the 2 million. Could it be legitimate?

It looks like the auction has disapperead now. Instead, seller is taking offers from 2 million pounds.
