Ironheadz,

You cant sell the domain to others when I am the winning bidder. It is not even 24 hours since I won the domain and I was sleeping. When I woke up and asked you what details that you need for the push, you told me you sold the domain to others.

"I'm so sorry, i sent you message and you didn't respond, name was sold
If you are intersted in VZDW at 25$ we can make a deal, sorry again but the auction was end, looking to do business with you soon."

ironheadz ..... You DO have to honor this auction. It does not matter if he answered your PM's in the first couple of "HOURS" or not ... You must give bidders/buyers much more time than that to reply.

In my opinion, the selling of the domain at a higher price is very intentional and I do not think that you do not know the rules here. I did not even know that these domains are spammed across so many threads and forums until you told me that it is sold to someone else. The fact that you started blaming me and arguing when it is clearly your fault really irks me to the max.

I clearly wish to see that these actions are not always happening in NP thus we can have a cleaner area for bidding in the future.

The fact of the matter is ALL members that enjoy the use of the auction forum are asked to read, and agree to a certain set of rules before ever posting their first auction.

Because you were able to post an auction... this means that you read, and agreed to the rules by checking the box. When you did this, your auction became a binding contract.

Now that you have a winning bidder (novaangel) you have a binding contract to sell the domain name to this member at the high bid price.

If you do not comply, you will be in violation of auction rules.

Please get in touch with your winning bidder asap and complete the transaction.
