I tell you what I'm going to do!

I will give away $25 dollars (COLD CASH) to the person who is the closest to the selling price when sold.

I'm almost certain it will be sold this week. I figured the response and replies I have gotten here are great, so why not give back. There will only be one winner ( IF TIE money split). I'll post when the last appraisal will be accepted. Only 1 new appraisal per NP member. Post on thread and just PM me saying SS.com just t o validate your appraisal.

its not that, its a culture of NP users flooding appraisal to get np$ ! its pointless. If you want to appraise do it properly. I am sure he just copy and paste that appraisal to most his posts!
