I tell you what I'm going to do!

I will give away $25 dollars (COLD CASH) to the person who is the closest to the selling price when sold.

I'm almost certain it will be sold this week. I figured the response and replies I have gotten here are great, so why not give back. There will only be one winner ( IF TIE money split). I'll post when the last appraisal will be accepted. Only 1 new appraisal per NP member. Post on thread and just PM me saying SS.com just t o validate your appraisal.

Excellent name, two letter .coms are selling at around low to mid $xx,xxx however this one consists of 2 letters which are the same, so I would say that the selling price for this one at wholesale would be at about $80k.
However, if you find an end user, its going to be more like $300k
