domain 2 hosting related .net domains

I registered a few domain names a while ago and i was wondering if i could ask how much you think they're worth.

1. hostingtalks.net
2. budgetwebhost.net

.net hurts a bit but budgethosting.net should be about be low to mid $xx and talks is plural so regfee

mid to high xx on both I think the .net fits the domain name.

I read that .net would be quite good for communities and forums. THat's why i registered them.

why is that so that plural domains won't be popular? I'm curious cause i heard about it before. :?
