CSSTalk.net is the better of the two, but would have been even better if it was .com. I would say it's worth $xx to low xxx

As for G33ker.com, i would say around $xx

G33KER.com - Registry fee only but you could raise the value by developping the domain.

CSSTALK.net - Mid xx and again the value would significantly increase if the site was developped.
